Herald Island Community Hall

The Herald Island Community Hall is the perfect venue for your upcoming events.

This lovely, open 12 x 15.5m space with high ceilings, neutral interior walls and stunning new Oak wood floors throughout is nestled into the Herald Island Domain and surrounded by lush tress and beautiful locally maintained gardens.

Connected to the main hall space is an attached 3 x 7m annexe with the same style decor throughout. This area can be closed off via wide double doors if required or used as an additional space for your event. It makes a fabulous catering space, or bar area leaving the main hall an uninterrupted space for your event activities and guests.

Amenities:

• Main Hall Area - 12 x 15.5m open space with fresh, neutral walls and Oak flooring throughout.

• Capacity - Table seated events are comfortable for approximately 80-100 people. Standing room for 125-150 people.

• Annexe - (attached) 5 x 8m open space with double doors, separate entry/exit with ramp. Suitable for wheelchair accessibility.

• Kitchen - (attached) fridge, hot water Zip, plenty of bench and cupboard space, 2 x sinks, separate entry door, service bar into the main hall area with roller door to open or close the kitchen off.

• Bathrooms - full bathroom facilities, separate male and female entries with 2 toilet bays in each bathroom, includes 1 x accessible stall in each, hand wash station and baby change table.

• Small Storage Room - small area that can be used to store non-required equipment while your event is in progress.

• Air conditioning - Pay to use, $2 coin operated air-conditioning throughout the facilities listed above.

• Tables & Chairs - 2.4m std height (75cm) wooden top trestle tables and 125 x new black & chrome chairs available on request.

• Location - Stunning park-like surroundings, welcoming atmosphere.

• Childrens Playground - A brand new kids playground situated outside to the left of the hall building is due to be completed April 2024.

• Parking - 17 regular car parks + 1 x accessible carpark available at entry to the Herald Island Domain.
